i have a question about Ecxel 2013

numbers in my chart are not summed per mounths

for example i paid in March $1000 on 5.03 and $2000 on 10.03

so, in chart i see 2 lines in one month: 1- $1000, and on back side 2- $2000

how can i join this two numbers in ohe - $3000

Use a pivot chart, and group your data by month.
