Hi everyone,

I did migrate from Exchange 2007 to  Exchange 2013

My users are not able to connect to outlook(  searching for server settings and fails, even IMAP also fails). please refer attachment

My exchange is an internal exchange not connected to outside world. 

my exchange 2007 was mail.mydomain.com

now my exchange 2013 is webmail.mydomain.com( I have created urls pointing to mail.mydomain.com and also created selfsigned certificate with urls mail.mydomain.com)( I even did http to https redirection). Experts please do guide me as i am not able to trace the issue.(If Servers names are different will outlook connect). Wht is SSL offloading do it needed to be unchecked

Why redirect webmail to mail ?and what is http to https redirection?

The problem can be a lot of thinks, but this list maybe can make the road to the solution.

1- Do you install the certificates of the new server and check if the certificate is installed on the machines.

2- Do yo configure the DNS record with the new ip of your server?

3- Check the authentication in the IIS and the ip of the bindigs, can you connect in the localhost?

Check that thinks and comment if you hace any error message.

i will check and will update you,  our management requires that when a user types mail.mydomain.com he should be able to access it.

Yes on the client machines i have tested i have even pushed through GPO

It is there, after exchange 2007 decommission i  gave the same ip to my exchange 2013

3.  Check the authentication in the IIS and the ip of the bindigs, can you connect in the localhost?

 Which settings in IIS can you guide me a little.(IP of the bindings where is it)

i can see default website bindings https 443 127.0.0.1 ssl certificate mentioned here is my selfsigned
