none of the “notes” from the “Archived Contacts” came into my new contacts

I have a client that was recently migrated to from Outlook 2010 to Outlook 2013.  She has had multiple issues with her contacts (duplicates, contacts were missing after being migrated, etc.).

She now has an issue where the Notes field for her archived contact list did not move over to her new list.  Is there a way that I can transfer the information inside the Notes field over to her newly created contact lists?

Here's her email:

"When I go into the new Contacts, none of the notes from the Archived Contacts came over.  This is critical information I use, like other information, user IDs, etc.  Add this to the fact and all Contacts in the Archived Contacts folder didnt come over to the new Contacts folder."

Hi,

How did the user migrate her contacts from Outlook 2010 to Outlook 2013? If she transferred the contacts using .csv files, all text in the Notes field will be kept after importing, but all text formatting and attached images and files will be lost.

It's recommended to export all contacts to .pst files so that all information will be kept.

Hope this helps.
