those actions could possibly be regarded as spaming.the way to test it is apply either directly to the blacklist database owners for removalor if you ask your domain/pop3 provider they will apply to the db ownersfor you.if you dont do it again and you get relisted then something else will be causing it"this will be a spambot/massmailer on one of your domain pc's/server's or if you dont use a physical domain then it will be on the machine you conect to the pop3 providers server's"don't contact hotmail as its nothing whatsoever to do with them.
