Hi German Tirado: We should think about all the situations. If it is your company email account 1. Run Antivirus to scan Virus. 2.change password or account by AD admin. 3.You should increase complexity of the password. If it is provider email account (gmail,yahoo…) 1. Run Antivirus to scan Virus. 2.change password by web site. 3.You should increase complexity of the password If spam email address pretended to be your email address Please inform your email administrator to enable antispam feature on server and block hacker’s IP by filter.
