my company admin memo emails goes to junk
Hi all, my company admin email is set to admin@mycompany.local and it's different from our email domain (me@mycompany.com) We are running exchange 2007 SP2 without edge server and IMF is not enabled on the hub server. The problem is that, this admin email is being used by Sharepoint portal and it sends an important memo, but these emails goes always to users junk folder . can you help to fix this issue?. Is it happening for all client ?. For some of client you can allowsharepoint mail in safe sender list and then check. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/CH010077701.aspx You can also try to allow @mycompany.local into accepted domain in exchnage 2007 and then check. I did not test it before.. so need to test it.Anil
