multiple meeting rooms, and shared calendar in Exchange 2007
HeyLets say I have3 meeting rooms that can be joined together to form 1 big meeting room.I've created 4 room mailboxes:Room1 (100 persons)Room2 (50 persons)Room3 (25 persons)Room4 (25 persons)Room1 is meant to be room2,3 and 4 together, and I've configured all rooms with autoaccept.Is there a way for, when you book room1, itwill also check availibility and book room2,3 and 4 all in one go?Can i configure somekind of dependencies?

Per my local test, here’s a workaround: Transport rule Sent to Room1 And add a recipient in To field Room 2, room3, room4 Notes: It only works via OWA, you can test it in your lab
