Do you mean that you deleted the Public Folder database and created new ones?lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

This is expactged since you removed your databases and with that also your free/busy folders, Exchange had no very to save the information hence the error.Creating new folders is one of the maintenance jobs that Exchange does during the Information Store maintenance window scheduled on the database object. default it is set to a coupleof hours at night. This is why you now havefolders and Exchange can save info to them.Another resolution could have been to restart Information Store and the folders would have been created.lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

Suggestion is that you configure outlook in Cached mode. This would at least make it not so obvious that you restarted ISlasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com
