mrom mailbox sharing..
I 'am a newbie and working on exchange server 2007 and here is the situation , i have a user who receives an email whenever some books up a meeting room and if that conflicts she can cancel the meeting or tell the user to reschedule it to a different time zone.. bassically she maintains all the room mailbox calendar
I 'am not sure how the previous admin did this, however now i have a different user who needs the same permission, any idea how to do this ??
When i login to exchange admin console i didn't see any difference between both the user setup properties...
I opened the room mailbox properties and couldn't find anything their too..
I just need to add to add a user to share all the meeting rooms calendarand user receives an email when ever someone boosk the room
Also let everyuser see which rooms are available while boooking for a meeting...

Hi Raji,
You need to create a new meeting room mailbox. By default, all the Resource Mailboxes are created as disabled accounts, you need to enable them first in ADUC. Regarding the detail steps, you can refer to the following articles:
