I have just setup a new san and want to move my public folders and first storage group. I have move the users and that went well. How are these two folders moved? Thanks.

Are you moving to a new server or just a new SAN? The way I'd do it is to present the new LUNs as new drive letters or mount points and use Move-DatabasePath and Move-StorageGroupPath cmdlets. Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

If you're not moving the public folders to another server then you only have one choice: move the public folder database to the new SAN storage.
