you can enable/disable user for OMA on the user's properties tab. it is there in exchange feature tab. http://www.petri.co.il/configure_oma.htm nice article on configuring oma. what do u mean by retention days? thanks ThiyaguThiyagu | MCTS/MCITP - Exchange 2007 | MCSE 2003[Messaging] | http://www.myExchangeWorld.com. Hi, Here is a good article on exchange 2003 mobile messaging : http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-2003-Mobile-Messaging-Part1-Microsoft-DirectPush-technology.html http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa995996(EXCHG.65).aspx And through tab "exchange feature" in property of user you can enable & disable user access. Hi John, In Exchange 2003 SP2, you can perform the following steps to disable (and later enable) a specific user using mobile: 1. Log on to the Exchange server as an Exchange admin with the user’s mailbox, and start Active Directory Users and Computers. 2. Expand the domain, and locate the user. 3. Right-click the user, and select the Exchange Tasks. 4. In the Exchange Task Wizard, on the Available Tasks page, select Configure Exchange Features, and click Next. 5. On the Configure Exchange Feature page, select Outlook Mobile Access, and then select Disable(all mailbox-enable users have OMA enabled). 6. Click finish. About your second question, I went through some documents and no document says you can configure the retention day in Exchange 2003. Best regards, Yang
