    minimize excel file showing hidden on taskbar.......

Hi,

Do you mean when we minimize the Excel file, it will disappear from the taskbar? If we open the task manager, can you see the Excel.exe still running?

Does this issue happen to other Office programs?

Please try open the Excel file in safe mode (hold Ctrl key and then double-click the Excel icon) to see if this issue will continue.

In addition, we may also try refreshing the icon cache mentioned in the following thread to see the result:

Copy and paste the following statements in a batch file, then execute it as Administrator:

taskkill /F /IM explorer.exe

cd /d %userprofile%\AppData\Local

attrib -h IconCache.db

del IconCache.db

start explorer
