after a migration of exchange server 2007....some users cant recievem mails from some users on the network.....what could be the problem

Check message tracking and see where the message goes (if it does0? Check queues? Issus with all users or some? Checked smarthost if configured? Firewalls? rules? ports blocked? Sukh

Hi, Can you provide more description on the issue you are encountering? Are sender and recipient resided in the same server? What is your network topology and the email transport router? Does sender receive any NDR? How many users are encountering this issue? Can sender and recipient receive any other email messages in OWA? Thanks,Fiona
