Hello
Might be your PST File is corrupt, thats why it is showing a message to repair PST File. First, you should use SCANPST.EXE (Inbox Repair Tool) to repair minor level corruption in Outlook PST File. If the problem still appears, then in such a case you need to switch to any third party utility. I would like to recommend you a PST File Recovery Software on the behalf of my personal experience.
For Further assistance, feel free to reply!!!

hello kelvin
noted, but i was closed properly outlook 2010 then install outlook 2013 then start the outlook 2013 it's showing repair your pst file. I think so ms outlook 2010 pst not support to outlook 2013. Can you give other option.
Thanks & Regards

Hi Prasant Nayak,
There is no compatibility issue between the Outlook 2010 PST and Outlook 2013. The error indicates that your PST file may be corrupt. Please try using the Inbox repair tool ( Scanpst.exe ) to scan and repair your PST file first. You may need to run the Scanpst.exe tool for several times until there is no error can be detected.
If repairing PST file doesn't work, please try creating a new PST file and then copy all items in the original PST file to the new one.
Please let me know the result.

To repair PST file
Exit Outlook first and repair the PST file with scanpst.exe tool which is present in you system itself, To know the exact location of PST file and how to use it follow the instruction mentioned in he blog here http://www.filerepairtools.com/tips/repair-pst-file-with-inbox-repair-tool/
What type of PST file format does this involve- ANSI or Unicode?
To determine the format - right click on the <root> of the PST file --> Data File Properties --> Click on Advanced button. If the <Format> description includes (97-2002) then it is an ANSI PST file else it's Unicode. Yes OL'2013 supports ANSI based PST files but can be problematic depending on the condition of the PST file.
If it's an ANSI based PST file - best practice would be first
1) Run ScanPST on the ANSI based PST file using the ScanPST program that belongs to the "source" Outlook version (in this case OL'2010) to make sure that there are no underlying file issues
2) Export the entire PST file via a PST2PST export so that you have a Unicode based PST file which s the one the one that should be used
What steps you need to follow beyond item #2 depends on whether this is an upgrade of OL'2010 to '2013 on the same machine or a new install.
The error message indicates PST file got corrupted, give a try to Inbox repair tool ( Scanpst.exe ). But take the backup first before you run the SCANPST tool.

Tip: Always keep the size of PST file below 4GB to reduce the chance of file corruption!
Peter,
Hello Prasant Nayak,
According to me your Outlook PST file is corrupted. In order to fix it you can use Scanpst.exe software (available within C drive ). You can get complete knowledge about where to find scanpst.exe (for different versions of MS Outlook) on http://www.scanpstfix.com/file-location.html.
Hope this may help you..
