Hi, What's your outlook profile? Is it pop3? If you are using a pop3 account, please follow these steps to enable the option "My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication": 1. Open Outlook. Click Tools->Options->Mail setup tab->E-mail Accounts. 2. Highlight the outlook account, click Change, click More settings. 3. In Outgoing server, check the box "My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication" then select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server."
