Your problem seems to be related to that your ISP thinks they are authoritative for your .com domain, and SBS thinks the same. To solve that problem, make your internal Exchange SBS .com domain non-authoritative.
How to Configure Non-Authoritative Accepted Domains in SBS 2008 (Exchange 2007)
http://blogs.technet.com/b/sbs/archive/2008/09/25/how-to-configure-non-authoritative-accepted-domains-in-sbs-2008-exchange-2007.aspx
This way, when you send from inside your organization, SBS will first check if the recipient is part of your organization, if yes, deliver the message right to the recipient's Exchange mailbox; if not, send it out to the Internet. The POP3 Connector will
then retrieve it from your ISP.

There are the following tasks to consider
1. did you add new accepted domain in exchange
2. did you create e-mail policy for this accepted domain
3. please make sure that this user is checked with update automatically e-mail policies.
hope it will solve your issue.

Hi,
This may be because of caching of old email address of users exists in outlook profile.
Cache info can be wiped out by through the following procedures:
1. Search for .NK2 file and deleting it.
2. Change the Outlook to non-cached mode to ensure it is not a cached entry from the Offline Address Book.
3. Check the behaviour in OWA to confirm the server is generating the correct address list and has updated the GAL.Regards from www.windowsadmin.info

There is "Stream_Autocomplete file" in outlook 2010 and outlook 2007 use .nk2 dat file to store autocomplete data. Verify SMTP address in mailbox to which you are sending mails anf then try. Also you can download new OAB (for cache mode outlook) and then
try to reproduce this issue.
