Based on your description, you only said you get error when send data to excel. Did you get any error messages? Please post whole messages here. And could you tell the steps of sending data to Excel?

As far as I know, if you want to import a budget from a workbook that is stored in a shared location, such as on a SharePoint site, Microsoft Dynamics NAV may show an error message. This can happen when the path is too long. In this issue, you must navigate to the location and then choose the file. Alternatively, you can save the file locally and then import it.
