Windows XP PRo, Outlook 2007. Delegates tab missing on TOOLS>OPTIONS menu. Also, The opening window of Outlook., does not display at the bottom right hand corner indicating that Outlook is connected to the server and that all folders are up to date.

Hi, From your description, you couldn't see the Delegates tab and Outlook indicates that it has disconnected with Exchange server. I think you should make sure that your Outlook connect with your Exchange server, and then, check whether you can see the delegates tab.
