messages stuck in outbox on Outlook 2013 with different accounts

Hi,

i have a two different account in my Outlook 2013 and when i send e-mails they are stuck on outbox and wont be delivered, i already tried recreate the profile of user but dont worked.

what is the next steps ?

You can try this:

1. Work offline, move the stuck mail into another folder. Restart Outlook and Work online to send it again.
2. Temporarily uninstall or disable firewall and antivirus software.
3. Test in Outlook safe mode.
