Dear Techies,I has two mail servers in my organization. one is hosted in our LAN with exchange 2003. And the other is hosted in different location (ISP). both are working fine, both mail servers has individual user accounts and indivudual databases, Now i want to merge the external mail server (hosted with ISP) with my Internal Mail Server (LAN) exchange 2003 environment, I want to remove the external mail server (hosted with ISP) completley. Is there any way to merge that external mail database to the existing one in my environment? Thanks in advance for your support.Regards,Phani Kumar .B

Hi Phani,You have two options here...1. Export/archive all mailboxes to PST file from your hosted invironment and import back with exmerge to in-house Exchange 2003 environment.XADM: Some Questions and Answers About the Exmerge Utilityhttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/2654412. Use some thirdparty POP3 downloader if hosted mailboxes support POP3 service, to download mails to in-house mailboxes directly.http://www.msexchange.org/software/POP3-Downloaders/Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
