meeting request accept message
Hi, I've got an issue where a user scheduled a recurring meeting, using a room mailbox, and now they receive a meeting accepted message from the roommailbox every 60 minutes. Any ideas? I've checked the calendar settings using the console but there's nothing indicating anything should be happening every 60 minutes. thanks

Hi Sprodj, Please let me know: 1. Whether all the users encountered the problem or only specific users? 2. Whether the issue can be reproduced by the problem user? 3. If a normal meeting request was sent to room mailbox instead of recurring meeting, whether the issue will occur? 4. Please also let me know your Exchange and Outlook environment. 5. Please check whether the meeting request has been moved to the Deleted Item folder of the Room Mailbox. Mike

hmm this issue resolved itself, so just a glitch. Theuser kept receiving acceptance massages, but nobody else was getting an acceptance message when scheduling a room. Then all of a sudden everyone who hadn't received a message got one, and the messages stopped for that other user. Now everything isworking as it should.
