When I try to install ms exchange server 2003 on win 2003 server installed system, excchang deployment tools needs the mapisp32.exe & ccdist.exe. but these 2 files are missing, not in my installation cd. Where I get these files? 2. I have installed without mapisp32.exe/ccdist.exe files, after that, when I Log On to the exchange server installed server, the message box shows 'at least one service or driver failed during system startup.
