hi i am managing aExchange server 2003organisation i am kind of puzzeled here, i created some new public folders under the default public tree and when i want to manage those(rihgt click ,and then select properties ) the delivery ristrictions tab is not higlighted under the exchange genral tab i have checked to see if that was due to the maibox policies that was not the case help will be higlyu appriciated thnks

yes i sure did, however i am not so sure if i am going the righty way here if i right click any of these folders and try to mail enable this gives error : this is already mail enabled and the problem is i do not get the option mail disable ( it will always shows mail enable) at the same time i am NOT facing trouble about the socalled THE GENERAL PURPUSE FOLDER TREE this is exchange server 2003 (no svervice pack nither the server 2003 ,not the exchage server 2003 itself) thanks
