Please post the complete error messages from the event log. Make sure exchange SA service is running. What error message are you getting when you try to bring the store online? Hello, Clean and save your application log, Check your MSExchangeSA dependencies and confirm all the other dependency services are up and runing. Start your MSExchangeSA service and wait until it start/fails and check the application log and search for error event source MSExchangeSA and paste it here if you can for further research.Arun Kumar | MCSE:W2K3 + Messaging | MCTS:Exchange 2007 | MCTS:OCS 2007 R2 | ITIL-F V3

Hi, Are there more than one domain controllers in your domain? To troubleshoot this problem, please first try the following steps: 1. Open services.msc, restart Microsoft System Attendant services and then try to restart the Information Store services. 2. If the issue persists, please verify if the exchange server is able to contact DC: On exchange server, open CMD. type: dcdiag /s:DC.domain.com Can you pass all tests? If there are any errors, please post them here. 3. Verify the IP address, Gateway, DNS in your exchange server. 4. Restart DC.Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
