Dear Folks, I have set up mail forwarding on the exchange server for certain users, however, only mails sent by other users on the exchange server gets forwaded to the external e-mail address. Any e-mails sent from the internet just gets delivered to the e-mails address and no copy is forwarded to the forwarding address. I can't see the reason for this and I wonder if anyone has had this experience before. It was working fine untilone of the users asked that a copy should not be retained in his mailbox. Once we unchecked the box for "deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox", the problem started. Any suggestions??????
