You can run this command to see all the users who have forwarding enabled on their mailbox account: get-mailbox-resultSize Unlimited |where {$_.ForwardingAddress -ne $null}|FT Name,PrimarySmtpAddress You can disable forwarding on a mailbox with primary email address user@domain.com like this set-mailbox user@domain.com -ForwardingAddress $null Regards,Laeeq Qazi|Team Lead(Exchange + Sharepoint + BES + DynamicsCRM) www.HostingController.com

Hi search for recipient in exchange management console | go to the "mail flow settings tab" and click "delivery options" uncheck the forwarding which is enabled on this particular mailbox. I would recommend to do what qazi said if have to do the same on many many mailboxes. Thanks Shiv

If you're using the forwarding option on the mailbox, you can't control what does or doesn't get forwarded. You can replace the mailbox forwading with Hub Transport rules that can be set up to do selective forwarding.[string](0..33|%{[char][int](46+("686552495351636652556262185355647068516270555358646562655775 0645570").substring(($_*2),2))})-replace " "

Hi, Yes, exactly it doesn't work with mail forwarding, however it works with inbox or mail deligation, i mean if you delegate a control of your mail box to your PA and if it is configured on his/her outlook, then if anyone sends mail with sensitivity set to private it wont be riflected in PA's outlook. thats it. Thanks for help. and Mjolinor is right : If you're using the forwarding option on the mailbox, you can't control what does or doesn't get forwarded.
