mail.protection.outlook.com Delisting

We moved to another location and got a new ip from ISP and our exchange server is not able to send emails to some recipients getting .mail.protection.outlook.com error.

user@domain.com
BN1AFFO11FD036.mail.protection.outlook.com #550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [72.76.xxx.xx] blocked using Blocklist 1; To request removal from this list please forward this message to delist@messaging.microsoft.com ##

This is the error I am getting and I did email to delist@messaging.microsoft.com and I am wondering when will my IP get unblocked as this is causing a lot of communication issues. I checked my ip for blacklist but its not in any database. Hope I'll be able to find some solution soon on this.

Hello,

I recommend you check that you're not on any RBL lists again.

I recommend you to check your server to be sure it's not an open relay.

And I recommend you use EXRCA tool to check if there is any related error.

Thank you for the reply.

I checked RBL list and Open realy on the exchange server and all is OK. not open for relay.

ran the EXRCA tool and passed that.

Its been over 48 hours now and no response from the delist@messaging.microsoft.com. when i emailed i got a reference ticket email but nothing so far still cant email to domains.

Your ticket was received on (Aug 19 2013 05:56 PM UTC) and will be responded to within 24
hours.

My question is does this get resolve? who do i contact? i get CH1EHSMHS032.bigfish.com error.

Hello,

From the result, your server is fine.

From the original information, your client host ip 72.76.xxx.xx is blocked using Blocklist.

I'm sorry we have no ability to remove 72.76.xxx.xx from Blocklist. You still need to contact the Delisting team to remove 72.76.xxx.xx from Blocklist.

Hi Cara, I have a question I needed help with if you have a minute.

We use microsoft exchange server and recently as of the last 2 weeks we can not send a single person with hotmail/msn/live/outlook account an email it always bounces.  This is costing our business huge as you know most people in Canada have Hotmail/Outlook accounts.  Could you please give some suggestions on how to get de-listed from the block list.  I copied the mail error message/head below

I look forward to your reply.

Darren
