lost my office 2013 pro plus activation after windows 10 upgrade. re-type the key but failed to repair. NOW I can't even uninstall it from control panel. Called the office support, did a remote diagnosis and tried to fix but no prevail. was told the only way to re-use it is to buy a new key. first all, I don't want to pay twice for the same thing, second, what if the new key is not working given now I can't even uninstall and re-install office 2013.

PS: The activation count of your Key might be exhausted, the customer service will help you check the states of the key. Do not respond to the automated prompts, and your call will be connected to an operator who can assist you.
