looking for an alert & notification message in outlook 2013.

Hi Support,

We are using outlook 2013 as an IMAP account.My question is that i want to sent an email alert and follow-up work  indication to all our internal users through outlook.The outlook should be able to send emails to all our users  automatically on everyday basis & notifications of follow-up work.

Is there any option available in outlook 2013 to configure the follow-up work message.

Pls. share your details.

Hi,

If you want Outlook to send out emails automatically everyday, you will need to find a third-party add-in to achieve the goal.

However, if you want Outlook to pop out alerts everyday, you can assign recurring tasks to the users. Home tab > New Items > Task. See:

After setting up the recurrence, click Follow Up button > Add Reminder to set reminders for the recurring task.
