local to public domain
my system was setup with a domain.local and when sending mail would like to send domain.com. how do a do this?

its not the email address that is the question its the server name when looking reads mail.domain.local not mail.domain.com is the problem. tks for the quick response Frank Wasserman

Hi, What is the version of your Exchange? I understand that user in the network should send message to others with email address like user@domain.com, is that ture? If yes, then we can just use email address policy to assign users the email address with domain.com.
