Is there a way to link multiple rows from Access or Excel to one shape in Visio. All examples I saw was linking one row per one shape.

Based on your description, you want to link roms to one shape. As far as I know, you can import data to shaps in Visio and you can select the rows which you want to as the data to import to shapes. You can also import different data to the same shape.

You can link multiple rows to a single shape, but they must be from different recordsets (sources).
