link old mailbox to New AD user account.
Hi, I have a AD user with email account, but having lots of problem connecting to Outlook and iphone. Other users in the same OU and same iphone version have no problem connecting to Exchange, even with his email account setting up in the working user iphone, it just fail to connect. My question now is, 1) Can i create a New AD account and link his email database to it, without losing any mails in Exchange. Mean: Remove the Exchange profile of this old AD user and link the old mailbox to a new AD user? 2) Can Exchange 2010 work with Mac Office - Entourage 2008? **Outlook Anyway. We are able to connect Entourage using IMAP, but user want it by Outlook Anyway. ***By installing a Verisign cert, will it solve the problem? Please advise. Thanks

you can disable the first mailbox, then create new ad account and link to the disconnected mailbox. Thiyagu | MCTS/MCITP - Exchange 2007 | MCSE 2003[Messaging] | http://www.myExchangeWorld.com. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
