Hello First you need to move OAB from Exchange 2003 to 2007, Create public folder replicas on Exchange 2010 servers using pfmigrate.wsf script, AddReplicatoPFRecursive.ps1,or Exchange 2010 Public Folder tool Transfer all Public Folder Replicas to Exchange Server 2010 Public folder store(s). Delete Public and Private Information Stores from Exchange 2003 server(s). Delete Routing Group Connectors to Exchange Server 2003. Delete Recipient Update Service agreements using ADSIEdit. Uninstall all Exchange 2003 servers Thanks Mhussain

Hello looker44, So Many questions in one thread ;) 1: Move the OAB to 2007 server. 2: Go to the properties of OAB...>Distribution TAB, Check the Box says "Web Based Distribution. Restart MS Exchange SA and File Distribution Service and update the OAB. Outlook 2007 and 2010 client uses CAS server to retrieve the OAB information. 3: Replicate the Public Folder from 2003 to 2007. (Keep in mind that Mail flow is working between both the server as Public Folder Replication works on Mail flow) 4: Do not Delete anything until or Unless you are sure that migration has completed successfully and all the users are able to access the exchange resources from 2007 server. How to create Sent Connector: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998814(EXCHG.80).aspx I would suggest you OPEN NEW THREADS FOR EACH QUESTION. Most of your questions are answered. For your receive connector, I would configure so that it accepts emal from your 3rd party filtering service fi all your MX records point to them. You mention Intranet, for this if you're referring to internal applications then I would setup a dedicated application relay connector and restrict to IP. - http://exchangepedia.com/2008/09/how-to-prevent-annoying-spam-from-your-own-domain.html Sukh
