last login showing with different user name
Hello, I have Exchange Enterprise 2003 SP2 on Windows 2003. When I checked the "Mailbox" of a particular user through "Exchange Admin", "Last Logged on By" is shown with another user name rather than mailbox owner's user name. Is there something wrong with my Exchange system? Thanks in advance. Kyi

"Never increase, beyond what is necessary, the number of words required to explain anything" William of Ockham (1285-1349) It is one of the user names in Active Directory but neither system nor backup account. In fact, it is legitimate user name in Active Directory rather mailbox owner's user name.

It may be a delegated user. Check the user's delegation settings. Good Luck Shaba

Then create another username with same delegates and login, then see the log ,is it showing right thing? -bpara I created a new user and gave delegation to that new user account from my account, also giving the permission to access my "inbox". But, "Last Logged on By" is still with my account name while new user account is accessing my inbox. Kyi
