hello, as the title states, i'm wondering if there is a way to identify a user from an email received from a group box. e-mail properties only show server ip's. is there a way to identify the user who originally sent the email message? thanks.

There is some auditing in Exchange 2003 so you might be able to see who logs into the mailbox. If you didn't already have enabled, you won't find anything about a message already sent, but you can turn it on for future events.
