Hi,You can enable SMTP logging in exchange and can filter detail for perticular users. For this you shuld know some advanced filtering and sorting in excel to collect information. For Exchange 2003 :http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Logging_the_SMTP_Service.htmlFor Exchnage 2007http://exchangepedia.com/blog/2007/05/exchange-server-2007-logging-smtp.htmlAnil

Agreed! Natively there is nothing much where you can count number of mails (Rx/Tx) daily without extra efforts (Scripts or Log Parser). However there are many solution available to do so. e.g. DYS Control Suit which is a reporting tool. I found it very flexible for reporting almost every activity on Exchange 2003/2007. Thanks.
