invisible emails outlook 2013

Hi

I have 365 on my machine. I recently added an additional email and dragged and dropped messages from an existing email inbox to the new inbox. They didn't show up. However, when I search the inbox for emails that I moved, they show up.

Regards

Hi

This sounds very much like an indexing issue. When I was working in a larger company we often had such a problem with shared mailboxes, where one user could see the email and another couldn't (this was an exchange 2010 enviroment).

We had to remove the mailbox from the user where the email was invisible and add it again to get it to reindex all the mails. afterwards it would always show all the emails correctly.

You could look towards this link for a solution:

Hi,

How did you add the additional email in Outlook?

From the search results, hover your mouse over the email and then you will see in which folder the email is stored. Check if you can find the email in the corresponding folder.

In addition, please try starting Outlook with /cleanviews switch to see the result. To do this, Exit Outlook, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /cleanviews and press Enter.

Please let me know the result.

Did you check the option Mail to Keep Offline?

I always set Mail to Keep Offline to All and then they should all apear

This can be found under account settings, where you have the option Use Cached Exchange Mode
