invalid pointer array after installing KB2920753 when using powerpivot

Hi,

I have this issue on a few computers where I work. After installing the KB2920753 (january 2015), I get the message invalid pointer array when using powerpivot, however on some other workdesk, I don't have that message, can someone help me on that?

I am getting the error referenced and tried the suggested solution but when I ran the hotfix, it said I had no products installed to which it applied.

Win 7, Excel 2013 15.0.4693.1000  MSO 15.0.4701.1000 32-bit.

Went back and noticed that there is an option to show all hotfixes.  Clicked that and saw the x86 version.  Downloaded and applied that and it fixed the problem.  Default is 64-bit apparently but I needed the 32-bit version.

Thanks.
