The Outlook Client can handle multiple accounts. You might consider having them create an outlook profile with their Exchange account in addition to whatever 3rd party pop/imap account they have. If you want the server itself to download mail from gmail and yahoo you need to install a POP connector. Microsoft doesnt offer one for Exchange 2007 without a small business server but you can find 3rd party offerings here:http://www.slipstick.com/exs/popconnect.asp Mike Crowley A+, Network+, Security+, MCT, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP: Enterprise Administrator / Messaging Administrator

Yes microsoft outlook gives you more option to create a pop3 profile for external domains such as (Gmail, etc) ,or you can create a forwarding from gmail to your exchange 2003 clients .Thanks and Regards Syed Arsalansyed.arsalan

Hi, I guess you mean add yahoo/gmail account into current Exchange profile. In outlook, on the tools menu, click account settings and click new, then you can add it. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA012316341033.aspx If you mean download the mail from yahoo/gmail into your Exchange server mailbox, you need a pop3 connector. Thanks, Elvis
