This is a fourm for Exchange server administrators.
We might be able to help if your Email was on an Exchange server, and you have admistrative access to that server.
If not, we may be able to give you information about what forum might be more appropriate, but we will need more information than you have provided to be able to do that.[string](0..33|%{[char][int](46+("686552495351636652556262185355647068516270555358646562655775 0645570").substring(($_*2),2))})-replace " "

Need some more info...Exchange Server version, Outlook version, etc. Have you tried to use the Recover Deleted Items feature in Outlook?Tim Harrington | MVP: Exchange | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010, MCITP: Lync 2010, MCITP: Server 2008, MCTS: OCS | Blog: http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com | Twitter: @twharrington

Hi,
You should provide more information, such as Exchange server version, outlook version and so on. Take Exchange 2007 and outlook
2007 as an example.
First, you can try to recovery your emails in your outlook client. Open your outlook->go to Tools->click Recover Deleted
Items, if you find your needed emails in the ‘Recover Deleted Items’ window, select them and click ‘Recover Selected Items’(the second button). For more information, please refer to the article ‘How to Recover a Deleted Item’
:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997155(EXCHG.80).aspx
If there is no your needed emails, you need to recovery the emails in the Exchange server and you should have the permission
of Exchange server administrators. Admins can recovery these emails from backup.
1.
Admins can export mailboxes to PST files. Please refer to the link:

2.
Admin can recovery mailbox by storage group. Please refer to the link :

Hope this helps.
