iPhone cannot send when outlook is open after installing MS Dynamics CRM
Hi I have an SBS 08 server running exchange 2007, client machine is a 2008 TS running Citrix and office 2010, I also have a third server running MS dynamics CRM software integrated with outlook, not sure on the version there, I will update later. We have found through testing that when outlook is open in my profile and I try to send an email from my iPhone the emails make the sent sound but never arrive, or even end in the sent items. Can anyone help? Even where to start the diagnostics on this one...
