iCloud IMAP folder list not updating in Outlook 2013

Hello all,

As the title suggests, my iCloud IMAP folder list stubbornly refuses to update across multiple PCs running Outlook 2013. I have confirmed that my Outlook is properly subscribed to the folder in question, and am able to see the folder when accessing iCloud email via browser or the iOS mail app.

Curiously, I am able to create folders in Outlook 2013, which will update the server (again, accessible via browser or app) but which will not update versions of Outlook on other PCs.

Welcome any feedback or advice! Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Did this issue happen suddenly? Have you noticed any change before this issue occurred?

Click Send/Receive All Folders button in Outlook, check if there is any error in the status bar.

We can try to start Outlook with the "/resetnavpane" command, check if this will fix the issue.

In case the Outlook Data file is corrupted which may cause the issue, I suggest you repair the .ost file with the Scanpst.exe tool:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/272227

If the .ost file is not large, you can also rename it to ".old" when Outlook is not running. Outlook will generate a new one to sync the account the next time it starts, check the result.
