how to send inbound messages to a second mailbox
When logged in to the Exchange Server as a domain/exchange admin, how do I setup a user's mailbox so that any inbound messages to that person are also sent to a second person? I need to do this on the server side, not as a rule on the client side. I also need to know how to do this in both Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007.Any info would be appreciated...

Hi,On Exchange 2003 go to the ADUC open the user's properties, navigate the Exchange General tab, push the Delivery Options button and setup the forwarding address (also check the Deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox checkbox). On Exchange 2007 go to the EMC navigate to the user object open the user's properties, navigate to the Mail Flow Settings tab, select the Delivery Options from the list and set the same as above.Regards,Zoltnhttp://www.clamagent.org - Free Antivirus for Exchange http://www.it-pro.hu http://emaildetektiv.hu
