Please confirm how I can restore the deleted .pst outlook file.

We have Scanpst.exe to repair a corrupted .pst file but we don't have the tool to restore it if it is deleted in Office.

Basically the question is "How to restore a deleted .pst file on Windows level", to help you get more appropriate assistance, I suggest you post the question in Windows Client forum:

To repair a corrupted PST file, scanpst.exe can be used but if PST file is deleted then you may require to perform hard drive recovery.

To restore your .pst outlook file go to the location where outlook files are installed and find PST files there, such as for 64 bits windows system location is :

c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office XX"
where "XX" is the Office version number

 If you had permanently deleted your PST and your Outlook account is not synchronized with Exchange than you cannot recover except by using hard drive recovery.


But on the other hand if your Outlook Account is synchronized with Exchange you can easily restore your PST file using any OST to PST converter  such as : http://bit.ly/1CDvLl0.
