how to rebuild OAB manually?
User CT - deleted some time ago, in GAl is not present but in offline address book it is present. I have rebuilt the OAB 2 days ago which didn't resolve the issue. thank you for your help. test user : test.another@ciigroup.com (mailto:test.another@ciigroup.com)

Stop Outlook, find, and delete, the *.oab files on the client and then start Outllok and download the OAB.
