how to move calendar items into local Pst folder

Hi guys!!!

    How to move calendar items into my local PST folder in Outlook 2010 or 2007 or OWA. these calendars items are going to occupy lot of space in Exchange server. Actually my company provided me only 100 mb mail box size but these calendar mails occupies half of space..

        any suggestions fnds regarding this issue...!!

You can use the Archive feature for that or move the Calendar items manually. This will go best if you place your Calendar view in the All Appointments view (outlook 2007 and previous) or the List view (Outlook 2010)
