how to disable forwading emails from outlook client
ALL, We have exchange 2010 . many of users have forwarded rule in outlook client, which causing us some problems..is their any way i can disable that feature on server so that nobody can forward their emails to personal accounts... TIA

As long as the forwarding action is initiated by a rule it will work. So, this configuration can prevent you forwarding their emails to personal accounts. Thanks Sophia Xu
