how to detremine Exchnage is 2007 or exchange 2010 from emailid or FQDN?

You cannot decern the Exchange Server version from its FQDN. I'm not sure what "emailid"
field you may be referring to, but if you are an administrator you can reference this:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/152439
If you are not an administrator, you can look in the email headers. Often (not always) you'll see something like:
"by
SN2PRD0510HT001.namprd05.prod.outlook.com ([10.255.116.36]) with mapi id
14.16.0152.000; Mon, 21 May 2012 21:59:15 +0000"
This would suggest the server was running Exchange 2010 (version 14)
