how to configure selectiv calender view for all employees
I have a custumer that are using exchange 2007 and have an issue.They want to configure the calender view for all employees so every person can se every other persons calender with selective information like meetingroom and meeting header. I have heard it is posible with script or 3 part software, it that true? Can you give me some hints how to do this?

I'd think a consolidated calendar separate from their normal calendar view would be a much better solution. Have a look at Glen Scales' Free/Busy Board script here: http://gsexdev.blogspot.com/2010/03/freebusy-board-for-exchange-ews-managed.html It might not be a issue with a relatively small number of users, but having every user retrieving the availability information for every other user in the org every time they open their calendar doesn't seem like something that's going to scale very well.
