how to check the mail routing logs
I want to check mail routing log. A user has sent a attachment file and its not received in recepient site. So, I want to check the log file how it is routed and where its been rejected ,since i didnt configure any restriction on server side.

You may also need to check the smtp logs\receive connector logs if they are getting rejected by SMTP it won't show in the message tracking. Hi, Surprisingly, This PDF attachments were getting received on Outlook Web Access, but not in Msoutlook. What would be the cause, Is there any settings in outlook. Thanks

Thanks Hi, That has to do with how Inline Attachment is handled. If you are using Outlook 2007, see the below KB You cannot use an Outlook 2007 client to display or download an attachment when you access a message that includes an inline attachment from Microsoft Exchange Server http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954684/en-us Make sure that you are in at least SP1 RU5 before you make the change described in the KB.Martina Miskovic
